At Vape Batt, we stand behind our hardware and offer a 30-day return window for unused electronics to ensure you are completely satisfied with your power source. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, used tanks, coils, and atomizers are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via our website or email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive an RMA authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all charging cables, adapters, and instructional manuals provided.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
